Company Profile
NANJING PEGE TECHNO MACHINE CO., LTD is a leading quality and customer-oriented manufacturer and supplier who is specialized in providing rubber and plastic industry machines. Rubber sector machines focus on deburring and cutting include cryogenic de-flashing machine, spin trim de-flashing machine as well as rubber strip or gasket cutting machine. Plastic sector machines focus on material precision feeding include the Gravimetric Loss-in-weight feeders and its affiliated system including uploading and supplementary system
Cryogenic Deflashing Machine aims at realizing faster quality production cycle with least rejection on those parts including rubber molded, plastic injection molded and die-casting components' flashes removal process.
Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is applied to deflash or remove the flashes of polyurethane bumpers for Automotive shock absorption.
Specifications Of Cryogenic Deflashing Machine From Nanjing Pege
We will explain how the cryogenic deflashing machine can efficiently remove the flashes of PU bumpers.
A. Processing Parameters Description
Cryogenic deflashing/deburring process has six main parameters, temperature, wheel speed, barrel speed, and processing time, media size and quantity.
Temperature: The cooling temperature to freeze the flashes.
Wheel speed: Decide the power shot on the flashes with media.
Barrel speed: The tumbling speed of the barrel to keep all the parts be blasted.
Processing time: Processing time depends on the processing result and quantity of the parts.
Media size: 0.5 0.8 1.0 1.2 and 1.5mm, each one has different power.
Quantity: The number of parts can be processed.
We always use these 6 parameters to describe the right processing parameter and adjust gradually to find a best one.
B. Part Description
Refer to the parts we receive, we think that it is suitable for the cryogenic deflashing machine as the material, size, shape are all Ok.
--Material is good and suitable for cryogenic deflashing.
--Size is a little small, which is also Ok.
--Flash condition is relatively good as it is flat and thin, most is less than our requirement 0.2mm.
The processing result is relatively good according to our experience and inspection.

FAQs On Cryogenic Deflashing Machine
1. How does cryogenic de-burring process work?
Cryogenic deflashing is a process for removing flash from molded rubber parts. We use liquid nitrogen, high-speed rotation and shot blasted plastic media in varying combinations to remove the flash in a highly precise, economical and expedient manner.
Parts that have thin flash can be quickly and thoroughly cryogenically deflashed. This process is exceptionally good at removing the inner dimensional and complex flash that cannot be removed by any other method.
2. What is main composition of a cryogenic deflashing machine?
A typical cryogenic deflashing machine consists of a stainless-steel cabinet insulated with dense polyurethane foam. Located inside the cabinet are the blast motor, the liquid nitrogen nozzle, and the opening for the throw wheel. Under the chamber there is a vibrator for separation. And electrical controls including inverter, PLC, relays to control the blasting motor and gear motor. Besides, a barrel with a gear box to swing or tumbling is also important for nitrogen deflashing.
